04

Approval Process & Project Kickoff

Brief, formal confirmation, and scope changes

Before development begins, the client must review and approve a project brief or proposal detailing the agreed scope, structure, and features. This approval, together with the deposit payment, constitutes the formal project confirmation.

Scope changes

Any change to the agreed scope after the brief is approved may be subject to a new quote.

05

Deposit confirmed + materials received The timeline starts once texts, images, logo, and all required materials are received from the client.

Business day 7 – 10 Final delivery: site published, emails activated, QR ready.

If the client does not provide the required materials on time, the delivery deadline will be paused until all materials are received. Sitelege is not responsible for delays arising from this situation.

06

Website Language

Language options at no additional cost

Websites can be developed in Spanish, English, or multilingual format (with a language toggle) at no additional cost. The language(s) must be defined during the brief stage.

07

Corporate Email

Options, limitations, and pricing for additional accounts

Each website plan includes corporate email accounts at the client's choice upon hiring:

Option A — 5 mailboxes of 1 GB each: five corporate email accounts with 1 GB of storage each. This configuration cannot be expanded in number of accounts or individual storage capacity.

Option B — 1 mailbox of 10 GB: one account with 10 GB of storage. Price: $12 USD the first year and $21 USD from the second year onwards, per account.

Options cannot be combined.

If the client hired Option A and wishes to add a sixth mailbox, they must hire 6 individual accounts under Option B.

08

Each plan includes a $12 USD bonus applicable toward the domain cost. The standard domain is .com. The client may choose another extension; the bonus will be applied to the total price of the selected domain. Revisions & Client Satisfaction

Unlimited revisions and cancellation policy

During development, the client is entitled to unlimited revisions until completely satisfied with the result.

If the client decides not to continue once the project has started, they may withdraw at any time; however, the deposit paid is non-refundable, as it serves as compensation for the work already performed.

10

What is and isn't included in the first-year maintenance

During the 12-month service period, Sitelege will perform updates at no additional cost. Response times vary by the type of change:

1 to 3 business days for minor updates: text, image, and price changes, and design adjustments.

5 to 7 business days for larger-scope changes: adding or removing sections, and new functionality additions.

Full redesigns, structural site changes, and large-scale new features are not included and will be quoted separately based on the required scope.

11

Installation on External Server

Conditions if the client prefers their own hosting

The client may request to have their site installed on their own server. In this case:

The complete source code will be delivered.

The annual maintenance and update service will not be available.

Management of hosting, email, and domain will be the client's sole responsibility.

12

E-Commerce & Product Catalog

Included products and cost per additional item

The E-commerce / Catalog plan includes the initial upload of up to 50 products. Additional products may be uploaded by the client from their admin panel at no extra cost, or by Sitelege at a rate of $0.30 USD per additional product.

13

Content Published by the Client

Responsibility over the site's content

The client is responsible for the content they request to publish. Sitelege reserves the right to refuse the publication of content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes on third-party rights.

Sitelege is not responsible for the autonomous use the client makes of the site once delivered.

14

Development Technology

How the site is built and source code ownership

Websites are developed primarily with standard web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, among others. For e-commerce or catalog projects that require it, Sitelege may opt for platforms such as WordPress / WooCommerce, based on what best fits the client's needs. The technology to be used is defined during the brief stage. The source code is the client's property once the service is fully completed and paid for.

15

Term & Service Termination

Contract duration and exit conditions

The service has a term of 12 months from the delivery date. If Sitelege decides not to renew, the client will be notified at least 30 days in advance and provided with the source code and domain access. If the client decides to cancel at any time, the source code and domain access will likewise be provided so they can continue independently.
